Our Law Firm was successful with respect to the issuance of Athens One-Member Court of First Instance (district court) decision no. 8114/2009, which, in the context of interim measures proceedings, ruled in favour of our client company under the business name “OLA STORES S.A.”, a well known Franchisor of small grocery stores, in a dispute against its Franchisee, who was found to be in breach of the provisions on Unfair Competition and was obliged by order of the court to immediately cease the operation of the stores they maintained in the same field of commercial activity after the termination of their contract.
