Proceeding in court is not an end in itself for us, since handling of our clients’ cases can be equally beneficial to them, even though  this could be achieved through an out of court settlement.

Keeping a separate department of out of court settlements constitutes tangible proof that our Law Firm’s current managing approach aims in the exhaustion of all possible ways of finding the golden mean with the opposite party, so as to avoid taking every conflict to court. In this way we seek to achieve the closure of the cases as smoothly as possible and we make great efforts to avoid burdening our clients with the costs of the proceedings, whenever this is feasible.
